Who Should Attend AMO University™ Essentials Seminars?

AMO University™ Essentials Seminars are designed to help eyecare professionals implement marketing strategies, infrastructure improvements, and staff training processes within their practices. The curriculum is taught from a management perspective, and is most suitable for those who are ultimately responsible for practice marketing and growth.

The curriculum provides physicians, administrators, marketing managers, and refractive coordinators with the tools they need to implement effective consumer marketing, information management, and patient education techniques. Several of the courses cover topics in detail, and also might be most helpful for technical, and clinical support staff.

AMO University™ Essentials Seminars are particularly useful for those who:

  • Have just purchased either a VISX® Excimer Technology Laser System or an IntraLase® Technology FS Laser System for their own practice
  • Have just begun to use one of AMO's lasers at an "open-access" laser center or has access to a "roll-on/roll-off" laser system
  • Have recently began implanting AMO's ReZoom™ IOLs
  • Currently manage an open-access center and wish to attract more users
  • Wish to co-manage a substantial number of laser vision correction patients with an experienced laser refractive surgeon
